The proposed Ross Street Underpass is located in the City of Salmon Arm’s downtown core. The Ross Street Underpass Project has the goal of providing a safe, uninterrupted, grade separated crossing of the CP Railway, to connect the City’s downtown core to the Shuswap lakefront. The proposed Ross Street Underpass will be accessible to pedestrian, cyclist and vehicular traffic. The new Underpass will allow for the closure of the existing Marine Park Drive at-grade crossing. |
